The Observation Deck is a location that appears in Twilight Princess. It is found in the Castle Town Central Square, right beside the Cafe. It's inside the big building to the south of the Cafe, and all the way up the stairs inside. At the top there will be a Goron there whom wil sell Link Arrows.
Trivia
- If Link goes up there while Hyrule Castle is covered with the Twilight Barrier, the Goron there will make a reference to the the original Legend of Zelda by saying, "Something is wrong with the castle, but no one knows. I must keep this a scecret to everybody." This is a reference to what a Moblin would say if Link finds him in a secret Cave.
