Nebb is a character in Breath of the Wild.
Overview
Nebb is a resident of Hateno Village where he lives with his father Nack, his mother Nikki, and sister, Narah, who all coincidentally have names beginning with the letter N. The family lives in the home at the far west end of Hateno Village.
Nebb awakes each morning at at 8am along with his sister Narah.
When Link first chats with Nebb, he asks Link if he's from the outside world and mentions that he looks like he'd be good with a bow and sword. After talking to him, he will tell link about his deceased grandfather and how he loved weaponry.[1][2] This will begin the side quest known as The Weapon Connoisseur, where Link will need to bring specific weapons to Nebb, the first of which is the Traveler's Sword.[3]
