Link can receive Nayru's Charm after you've found Nayru (Oracle) a house in Hyrule Town. Once Link done so Nayru will offer you one of her charms, as long as Link has an empty Bottle. Nayru's Charms are free but Link can only carry one at a time, Nayru's charms will also boost your defense for a limited time and turn Link's tunic blue.
