3ds/Switch: Unlocked on the Great Sea map in Adventure Mode by achieving an "A" rank victory on the challenge at grid A15^? after using the Salvage Arm on the ring of light.

Wii U: Unlocked in Adventure Mode by achieving an "A" rank victory on the challenge at grid E15^? after using a Water Bomb on the rock in the water.
