Naboris's Emblem is a key item found in Breath of the Wild. There are three in total, and are received after completing three unique Shrine of Trials as a part of the second DLC pack, The Champions' Ballad.

All three are exchanged to enter the Illusory Realm of Divine Beast Vah Naboris and fight Thunderblight Ganon once more.
