Skyward Sword
Myu are spiky balls that are often found on tight ropes, preventing Link from passing. If Link draws near, they will attach to his body and set of a counter. After a few moments they will detonate, cause Link to fall off a tight rope and take damage. Myu can be found within the Faron Woods, Deep Woods, and the Skyview Temple.
When on Tight Ropes, Link can use his Slingshot to knock down Myu. Alternatively, Link can jostle while on the rope, causing the Myu to fall to the ground.

Myu-Sprite-AOL.png

Myus are small, slime creatures with spikes that surround their body in The Adventure of Link.[1] These enemies come in two colors, a dark blue color in caves and a blue version in dungeons. The spikes that surround their body are harmful to Link. They are so small that even slashing out from a crouching position has no effect on them. Myus cannot be destroyed unless Link has the Downward Thrust.[2] They are usually found near cliffs and jumps in attempt to knock Link off to his doom. If one of them is near a cliff, wait for it to just fall off on its own.

While Myus can be found in caves in Western Hyrule and Death Mountain, a majority of them are encountered in most of the dungeons. These include the Island Palace, Maze Island Palace, Palace on the Sea, Three-Eye Rock Palace, and the Great Palace. Like other enemies, the Myus found in the Great Palace are much stronger than the ones in other locations, dealing more damage to Link and taking more hits to defeat it.
