Mr. Write's House, known simply as Weird Mr. Write according to the map, is a location in Link's Awakening. It is found in the Goponga Swamp region of Koholint Island, on the border of the Mysterious Woods.[1] Mr. Write lives here along with a small bird, where he spends most of his days writing letters.[2]
At one point during the Trading Sequence, Christine asks Link to deliver a Letter to Mr. Write in his home.[1] He is overjoyed to receive it, and he is oblivious to the fact that attached pictograph is not a picture of Christine.[3] In return for the letter, he offers Link a Broom.[4]
