Mozo Shenno Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Shrine Quest: The Bird in the Mountains
Talk to Molli during the day to accept this quest.
The Shrine Quest is supposed to help you find the shrine. If you follow its directions and climb to the tree in question, then look below you to the northwest, you'll see "The Bird in the Mountains", with "something in its stomach." Unlocking the shrine completes the quest.
A Major Test of Strength
Defeat a Guardian Scout IV. Open the chest, then head to the altar for a Spirit Orb.
