Mozo Shenno Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild. It is subtitled A Major Test of Strength, where Link fights a Guardian Scout IV.
Requirements
"Location: The Mozo Shenno Shrine is located in the northwestern area of the Hebra Region, in a small cave on the eastern cliffside of Biron Snowshelf. The quest The Bird in the Mountains will point you toward it. Keep in mind, you’ll need to consume recipes with mid-level cold resistance or the Snowquill Tunic and related armor to survive Hebra’s frozen tundra."
I personally just went straight to the maps location without going through the shrine quest Birds in the Mountain.
