Monya Toma Shrine, also known as Drawing Parabolas, is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Drawing Parabolas
Wander around the corner to the left a bit to see some wooden boxes on a ledge sticking out above you. Blow them up.
Find the shock crystal and hit it twice.
Now ride the launchers around the room twice until you get to the platform that rotated, and open the chest to get a Thunderblade.
Hit the shock crystal one more time, and then have the orb ride the launchers around the room.
This will open the gate, so head to the altar for your Spirit Orb.
