Monari is a Female Hylain with grey hair styled in a bun and a olive complexion that can be found in Tarry Town after the side quest From the Ground Up is finished. She can be seen walking around Tarry Town wearing a green vest tied around a tan shirt and dark brown pants. She is a chief who makes sweets, including Monster Cake. When spoken to about strange things, she will mention a big flower located to the southeast of Tarry Town that she and her husband Moggs saw while on a walk. This flower is a Great Fairy Fountain home to the Great Fairy Mija. She will also say that you really shouldn't mess with things you don't understand.
