Molgera is the boss of the Wind Temple in The Wind Waker. It is a giant flying sand snake. Its weak point is the tongue found in its mouth.

Battle

When Molgera first appears, it will make a pit of quicksand appear near where Link stands. It will pop up and stick its tounge out. At this point, Link can use his Hookshot to bring Molgera's tongue close to him and attack it. Once it takes enough damage, Molgera will start to fly around and Lanmolas will try to attack Link. Repeat this process until Molgera has been defeated.
