Template:Enemy

A Moldorm is an enemy that has appeared in five Legend of Zelda games to date.

Appearances

The Legend of Zelda

A Link to the Past

In A Link to the Past, Moldorm is the boss of Tower of Hera and the reward for this boss' defeat is the Pendant of Wisdom. The battle takes place on a perch in the middle of a large hole, with a hole in the right hand side. Should Link fall he lands on the floor below and is forced to start the fight over. He shows up again as a mini-boss in Ganon's Tower. Moldorm's only weakness is his tail; Strike it with your sword as he passes by. After four hits, Moldorm will start moving faster. It will take a total of six hits to defeat Moldorm.

Link's Awakening

Moldorm is the Nightmare found within Tail Cave.

Twilight Princess

This is a worm-like enemy that buries beneath the desert sand. Its only attack is to leap up and hit you. Use the Clawshot to pull it to the surface and kill it with one strike of your sword, or wait for it to jump and use the Mortal Draw Hidden Skill.
