"You got the Mogma Mitts! Even the Mogma don't see Digging Mitts this fancy very often!"

— In-Game Description[1]

The Mogma Mitts are found in the Fire Sanctuary in Skyward Sword, and are an upgrade to the Digging Mitts. Once Link defeats the mini-boss, Magmanos, a Mogma named Silva gives him these Mitts to show his gratitude. While using this item, Link can dig into underground tunnels to access deeper parts of Fire Sanctuary. Rocks found in these tunnels can be destroyed by shaking the controller.
