Mini-Freezards are enemies in Twilight Princess and Spirit Tracks. They appear usually after Link has defeated a Freezard, which will then split into a number of Mini-Freezards.

Strategies

Defeating a Mini-Freezard with a sword can be quite frustrating, as after they are hit, they will slide around and potentially bump into Link, which will instantly freeze him. A much better option is the Ball and Chain, which will defeat this enemy in one hit. In Spirit Tracks, if Link uses the Boomerang on a nearby Torch and then on a Mini-Freezard, he can burn it to reveal an Octorok, which will make it much easier to defeat.
