Milk is an item appearing in multiple Legend of Zelda games. There are many different varieties. Milk is held inside a Bottle and restores Link's Hearts.

Lon Lon Milk

Main article: Lon Lon Milk

Lon Lon Milk appears in Ocarina of Time and can be purchased for ten rupees. It is also found by playing Epona's Song in front of cows. There are two servings in one bottle, and each serving restores five hearts.

In The Minish Cap, Lon Lon Milk is bought from Malon in Hyrule Town for 100 rupees. It has the same effect as in Ocarina of Time.

Romani Milk

Milk in Majora's Mask is a product of Romani Ranch. It can be bought in the Milk Bar and has the same effect as Lon Lon Milk. The Gorman Brothers also sell Milk and compete with Romani Ranch for sales at the Milk Bar. While they claim that Romani's Ranch's milk is watered down, when Link receives their milk he realizes that in actuality their milk is watered down. Their milk, while it has the same effect as Romani Milk, costs 50 rupees as opposed to only 20.

Chateau Romani

Main article: Chateau Romani

Chateau Romani is a specialty of Romani Ranch. Due to its unique nature, it is only found in the Milk Bar for 200 rupees. It prevents Link's Magic Meter from depleting through one three-day cycle.

Ordon Goat Milk

In Twilight Princess, Milk appears again. It is a product from the goats of Ordon Ranch. Link can buy it at Sera's Sundries or other shops arounds Hyrule. As in other games, it possesses two servings; however, each serving only restores three hearts.
