Mila's Father is the father of Mila whom lives on Windfall Island in The Wind Waker.
When Mila was taken away to the prison in Forsaken Fortress, Mila's Father loved her and were missing her very much and he decided to take the matter in own hands. He payed Tetra and her pirate crew to save and release Mila from the prison. He losed all of his fortune due to all of the Rupees he gave to them.
