Medli is a female child Rito appearing only in The Wind Waker. She aids Link on his quest to calm Valoo in Dragon Roost Cavern.

Medli is later revealed to be the Sage of Earth. She is an integral part of the Earth Temple and can be controlled by Link playing the Command Melody on the Wind Waker. Her wings enable her to fly up into otherwise inaccessible places.
