Medingo Pool is a landmark in the Eldin Canyon sub region of Eldin. It is located directly north of Eldin Tower.

Find the pinwheel inside the skull, look outside the eye to find the target balloon. Shoot it with an arrow to reveal the Korok. You might use a long ranged bow for this one

Stand near the pinwheel, shoot the balloon. A bow made for long distances will help a lot. If you don't have one, you'll have to aim well above your target to allow for arrow drop.
