Master of the Wind is a Shrine Quest from Breath of the Wild.
Begin the Quest
Kass can be found playing his accordion on the Horon Lagoon. Speak with Kass and he will reveal a secret about the area.

Shai Yota Shrine

The Shai Yota Shrine is a blessing shrine. The single treasure chest contains a Giant Flameblade. Then speak with Shai Yota at the altar to get the Spirit Orb.
