The Mask is Young Link's only weapon in Hyrule Warriors. Certain attacks allow Young Link to put on the Fierce Deity Mask and become the powerful Fierce Deity Link. It is part of the Majora's Mask Pack. All three ranks are unlocked upon installing the DLC pack.

"A mysterious mask containing the spirit of a fierce deity. Whoever wears the mask gains that spirit's power. Using a Strong Attack with the Ocarina of Time converts the SP gauge to your Magic gauge."
Fierce Deity Mask
The Fierce Deity Mask is unlocked by default when unlocking Young Link.

The Furious Deity Mask is unlocked on space D-9 of the Great Sea map in Hyrule Warriors Legends and the Definitive Edition.

Vengeful Deity Mask
The Vengeful Deity Mask is found on space H-2 of the Master Quest map in 'Hyrule Warriors Legends and the Definitive Edition.

Vengeful Deity Mask+ (Legends & Definitive Edition only)
The Vengeful Deity Mask+ is found on the Moon on space A-1 of the Termina map in 'Hyrule Warriors Legends and the Definitive Edition.

Found on H1? of the Koholint Island map in Hyrule Warriors Legends and the Definitive Edition.
