Mamamu Yan is a reoccurring character in the Zelda Series.

Mamamu Yan lives in Castle Town and is the proud owner of her dog named Richard. Her dog is known to be faster than any dogs around. At night, Mamamu Yan can't find her dog. If Link finds it amongst the flock of dogs in the Market and bring it to her, she will thank Link, and give him a Piece of Heart. She later moves to Kakariko Village where she will let Talon stay over because of him being fired by Ingo from the Lon Lon Ranch.
