Magmanos is the miniboss found in the Fire Sanctuary. Link fights it in a room with a mesh floor. Magmanos consists of (at least) two hands formed from the lava beneath Link.(The word manos is hand in spanish, hence the name mag-manos) The palms of the hands glow, and Link can be seen swinging his sword at them, implying that it can be defeated by striking these glowing palms. After defeating Magmanos, Link obtains the Mogma Mitts, an upgrade to the Digging Mitts.
