The Magic Book is an item in Four Swords Adventures. It is owned by Iris, an apprentice Mage, in the Village of the Blue Maiden.

When the Links first meet Iris, she is located within the Dark World. She explains that she has lost her magic book which would give her the ability to get back home.[1] She also says that when attempting to do spells from memory, she summoned a small house.

The house appears to belong to the Man Who Lost His House, who came home to discover it was gone along with his girlfriend Sweetie.[2] When the Links deliver a Letter from Sweetie to the man, he is relieved to know she is safe and gives them Roc's Feather in return.[3] By using the Roc's Feather in a nearby house, the Links can jump over a pit and reach a Mage. This Mage claims that Iris is their apprentice and complains about her for losing her book. The Mage gives them the book and asks them to return it to Iris.[4]

Upon bringing the Magic Book back, Iris is happy to have the book back and is surprised to learn that the house belongs to someone. Using the book, she returns it back to normal.[5]

Like many held items in Four Swords Adventures, the Magic Book will be teleported to the Links' location if it is not interacted with on the same screen for a short amount of time.
