Or if you already have a level two or above Flamebreaker suit read this part or else continue with the paragraph after this one. You can use stasis on the ice all the way to the lava with the metal block in it and then simply throw the ice across and continue to use stasis on it until the end. Melting Ice Hazard

The objective here is to carry an ice cube past a lot of flames. Fun.

The first flames aren't too hard, and the moving flame is easy to dodge or you can throw the ice past it. When you get to the horizontal flames, though, put the ice down and continue.

Or if you already have a level two or above Flamebreaker suit read this part or else continue with the paragraph after this one. You can use stasis on the ice all the way to the lava with the metal block in it and then simply throw the ice across and continue to use stasis on it until the end. I suggest using a spear for accuracy or if your aim is true then any weapon with do. You don't have to hit it until it turns red. After the gate opens you can go back and get the chest by gliding right into the fire and climbing back up the ladder to get the orb.

You'll see a metal block. Grab it with Magnesis and bring it back to the horizontal flames. If you turn it a little you can block all three flames at once to save time. Grab the ice and continue.

You'll need to use the metal block a couple more times, once as a bridge and once to block the flames from the wall.

Put the ice down for a moment, we're going to take a temporary diversion for a chest. If you look back towards where you came from, you should see some vertical flames in a cubby in the wall. Use the metal cube to block them, then glide to the cubby and open a chest. You can return quickly using a ladder.

For the final flames, you can just throw the ice through it to the other side. Then use the metal block as an umbrella to get through yourself. You may also walk through the fire without taking damage if you have the upgraded Flamebreaker set. An alternate solution is if the ice is melted enough, you can gently push it as you use the metal block as an umbrella.

Carry the ice to the gate and it will open, allowing you to reach the altar for your Spirit Orb.
