Koko is available outside the General Store roughly between noon and 7 pm.

Walkthrough

Give Koko some Courser Bee Honey. This can often be found in wooded areas, like the forest northeast of Kakariko Village. Either shoot it down with an arrow or climb up to it, but beware the bees which guard it of course.

Your reward is an Energizing Honeyed Apple.
