Requirements
Koko is available outside the General Store roughly between noon and 7 pm.
Walkthrough
Give Koko a Swift Carrot. (They can be bought from the store next to her if needed, or one of the characters in town may have given you one if you've been talking to everyone.)
Your reward is Hasty Veggie Cream Soup. You can now do the Cooking with Koko Side Quest.
If you forget the recipe she teaches you, you can view it in your Adventure Log for this side quest at any time.
