The Kokiri Sword is the first Sword Link obtains in both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. In both games it serves as the weakest sword.
Appearances
Ocarina of Time
In Ocarina of Time, the Kokiri Sword is found in the Kokiri Forest, specifically the Forest Training Center. Before Link is able to meet the Great Deku Tree, Link is forced to find the Kokiri Sword and the Deku Shield by Mido. It is then that Link goes to the Forest Training Center and obtains the Sword. This sword will remain the sword of choice for Young Child throughout the game.
Majora's Mask
In Majora's Mask, Link already has the Kokiri Sword with him from the quest of Ocarina of Time. Link can later upgrade his sword to Razor Sword and later to a greater sword, the Gilded Sword in the Mountain Smithy in Mountain Village.
