While King Dodongo has an impressive stature, none of the attacks are very strong. Dodongo's primary attack comes when he breaths fire out at Link. These fire attacks are the opportunities [[Link]] is waiting for, as it requires Dodongo to first inhale some air, allowing Link to feed him a [[Bomb]] by throwing it in his open mouth. Doing so causes King Dodongo to be stunned momentarily, providing Link with the opportunity to attack him with a [[Jump Attack]] with [[Kokiri Sword]], or by using a [[Deku Stick]]. Alternatively, he can tuck into a crouch in the corners of the arena behind the [[Bomb Flower]]s. Whenever King Dodongo rolls, it always goes halfway around the ring, bouncing off of one corner and stopping at the next. Once it rolls past, Link can follow close behind him.
