Kensuke Tanabe is a game designer and script writer working for Nintendo. He first joined Nintendo in 1986 and worked on several titles for the Nintendo Entertainment System, including Doki Doki Panic, Super Mario Bros. 2, and Super Mario Bros. 3. Tanabe served as the Script Writer for A Link to the Past and Link's Awakening. He then went on to work on Ocarina of Time as part of the Script Support team.
