The Kayra Mah Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials found in Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Shrine Quest: A Brother's Roast
Talk to Bladon to start the quest.
Head to the Gorko Tunnel and talk to Gonguron who is fatigued. Bladon will also run there to see his brother like this. Bladon will request you to get the next objective, one rock roast.
Head out the tunnel, then downhill. There are some Moblins and Fire ChuChus on the way to the bottom which, just past some lava, are the rock roasts to carry. Don't worry about slaying the Moblins prior to carrying a rock roast as they will respawn. Take care of the enemies first prior to carrying one all the way back to the Gorons to unlock the shrine and complete the quest.
Greedy Hill
There's not much puzzle here, just run up the ramp and dodge stuff (use Stasis on the big boulders to give you time to avoid them, if needed.) Near the beginning of the ramp, on the right, is an alcove with a chest containing a Ruby. Once you make it to the top, turn around and on a ledge to the right (left as you're climbing the ramp) is the 2nd chest containing Bomb Arrow x5. Now head to the altar for your Spirit Orb.
