Katosa Aug Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Katosa Aug Apparatus
There's no real puzzle here. Examine the console to activate a physics "golf" puzzle. Bat the orb to its slot, and a moving platform will appear.
Before heading to the altar, go behind it to find a second, similar puzzle. Bat the orb into this slot, and another moving platform will appear to reach a chest (Great Flameblade; Long Throw). Now return to the altar for your Spirit Orb.
