Ever the romantic, Kamo loves to gaze at the night sky. He and his dear friend Linda were once classmates at Mrs. Marie's School.

Kamo (known as Andy Dandy in the Italian version)is a character who lives on Windfall Island in The Wind Waker. At night, he asks Link to bring him a picture of something "perfectly pale and round". Once Link brings a colored picture of the full moon to the troubled Kamo, he apologizes for making Link go through all that trouble, and rewards him with a Treasure Chart.
