Kaepora Pass is a location found in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

The Kaepora Pass is located east of the Akkala Tower, just on the east side of Lake Akkala, along the main road. To the east of the Kaepora Pass there is a very steady decline in elevation, leading all the way down to the Akkala Sea.

The area has several enemy Bokoblin riding on horses, including a Blue Bokoblin and a more dangerous Black Bokoblin who shoots Fire Arrows.

The main attraction is the Great Fairy Fountain, found on the lower elevation to the north where Link will meet the Great Fairy, Mija. Link can upgrade his Armor here if he has the appropriate materials.

Dah Hesho Shrine

Main article: Dah Hesho Shrine

The Dah Hesho Shrine can be found at the northwest end of the Kaepora Pass, on the higher ledge that overlooks Lake Akkala. The shrine is A Minor Test of Strength shrine with a Guardian Scout II. After defeating the scout, Link can open a treasure chest to find an Ancient Battle Axe. Then Link can speak with Dah Hesho at the altar to get a Spirit Orb.

Run through the yellow flower patches in order from 1 to 5. Patch 5 is on top of the tree behind patch 4.

Run over the flowers in 1-2-3-4 order. The fifth set of flowers is on top of the fat tree next to the fourth patch.

Match the apple pattern on the tree.

Two of the trees have the same apple in place. Pick the extra apples from the third to make all of the trees match.

Tears of the Kingdom

Kaepora Pass can be found just south of Tarrey Town and Lake Akkala. At the west end of the pass, there is an enemy Battle Talus with some Blue Bokoblin on top of it. Once defeated, a treasure chest becomes accessible containing a Gnarled Wooden Stick.
