In Phantom Hourglass, Ice Keese are found exclusively in the Temple of Ice. They can be defeated with any projectile or explosive weapon, including the Boomerang, Bow and Arrow, or Bombs.
Spirit Tracks
Ice Keese are found in the Snow Temple and other locations in the Snow Realm. Ice Keese behave in the same way as regular Keese, but if there is a frozen torch in the area, a Keese may run into it and become an Ice Keese. They have 1 HP like all other Keese that appear in the game. If Link comes into contact with one, he will freeze up for a short period of time. They drop Ice Keese Wings and Keese Eyeballs. Ice Wizzrobes and Blizzrobes are able to summon one during combat.
