The Ice Cavern is one of three mini-dungeons in Ocarina of Time. It can be found in Zora's Fountain in the future. Although not a true dungeon, the Ice Cavern features both a Map and a Compass. Blue Fire is also found here and will melt the Red Ice located within the cavern, as well as in Zora's Domain. Upon defeating the White Wolfos at the end, the Iron Boots are obtained and Sheik teaches Link the Serenade of Water, the song that can warp him to Lake Hylia, more specifically to the entrance of the Water Temple.
