The Hylian Shroom is a type of mushroom and material found in Breath of the Wild. It can be found near trees across the Great Plateau, Central Hyrule and Necluda. This mushroom will restore ½ of a heart when eaten raw, but can be increased if Link decides to cook it. Hylian Shrooms can be used in a variety of Recipes, however there are no additional cooking effects with this material.
