The Cold Goron is a character in Majora's Mask. He stands on a ledge in Mountain Village in the Snowhead region.[1][2][3][4] He dons the Don Gero's Mask and would do anything to eat a bite of Rock Sirloin. [5][6][7][8][9][10]
Don Gero's Mask

The Rock Sirloin can be found in one of these. Link must use the Goron Mask to turn into Goron Link to carry the Rock Sirloin to the Cold Goron.
