The Hover Boots are one of the boots you can use in Ocarina of Time. They are used in the spirit temple and allow Link to hover for a few steps when he walks off of a high platform. Like walking off a building he would continue to walk a few extra steps. And lucky to gamers even though it seems magical the Hover Boots dont require any Magic so aslong as Link is wearing them they work.
