House by the Bay

The House by the Bay is an abandoned cottage on the coast of Martha's Bay on Koholint Island in Link's Awakening. It is the former home of a Ghost who follows Link shortly after his completion of Angler's Tunnel, begging him to take him back there for the sake of nostalgia. It is a dim, decrepit old house, with many cracked floors that will break if Link stands on them for too long and a torch that can be lit with Magic Powder. After returning the Ghost to his grave in Koholint Prairie, a Secret Seashell can be found under one of the pots inside the hut.
