The "house by the bay" is an abandoned cottage on the coast of Martha's Bay on Koholint Island in Link's Awakening. It is the former home of a ghost who follows Link, begging him to take him back there for the sake of nostalgia. A Secret Seashell is hidden under one of the pots inside the hut.
