Hot Rodder Goron lives in Goron City and can be found wild rolling on the second section. He is a large Goron that can be seen wild rolling nonstop. When Link throws a Bomb at him, he will stop and explain to Link that he doesn't want anyone to interrupt him because he wants to relieve his stress. But if Link throws a bomb and interrupts him in the sunked place besides the Sign, He will give Link the Biggest Bomb Bag of the young hero's honour of courage.
A similar smaller wild rolling Goron can be found when Link is an adult, and Link can be gained the Goron Tunic by him.
