The Horse is one of Link's weapons in Hyrule Warriors. It is part of the Master Quest Pack. All three ranks are unlocked upon installing the DLC pack. Ah...Epona. It's good to have her back and better in this game. Epona is very versatile, with no limitations. She may be a bit awkward to fight bosses with, but it's not too bad. Upon Epona's back, Link can pull her places with the Hookshot, shoot his Bow and Arrows, throw his Boomerang, and use Bombs. You can use the new Epona, in addition to a very-much-improved Epona of Time and a very memorable and satisfying Twilight Epona. The attack chains are very fulfilling, allowing you to feel like Link on horse back AND Epona. One of the chains is for Epona to kick enemies up into the air while Link shoots them three times with his Bow and Arrows. As for the victory dance, Link plays his Ocarina of Time to call his precious steed. They'll then ride off into the distance.

"Link's beloved steed and most faithful companion. When the gauge is full, charge ahead with a Strong Attack. You can also charge by holding X / Y at the end of a Combo Attack."
