Hopper Pond is a small shallow lake situated in the Forest of Spirits on the Great Plateau in Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom.

Breath of the Wild

Along the side of the pond is a Bokoblin Camp where they are cooking some Seared Steak. The Bokoblin here wield Boko Shield, Boko Clubs, and Boko Bows. Once they are defeated, a treasure chest containing an Opal gem becomes available. On the opposite side of the pond and down a short slope is the arena styled area for a Stone Talus fight.

The entirety of the pond is merely knee-deep and can be crossed by foot. At night there is a peaceful atmosphere to the area, as it is the only named location on the Great Plateau to not have any enemies spawn past the initial camp of Bokoblin.

Tears of the Kingdom

The Hopper Pond is located at the northwest end of the Great Plateau, just west of the Forest of Spirits. The area can be dangerous, as there is a Gloom Spawn to the west, as well as a Battle Talus with Blue Bokoblin to the east. The trees at the west of the Pond are just high enough where Link is able to take cover when the Gloom Spawns attack.

Korok Seeds

  • Near the center of the pond, there is a cut tree stump. Collect the yellow flower and follow the path of yellow flowers to reach the Korok Seed.
  • Way up on the higher ledge, south of the pond, there is a tree with fairy lights moving around it. Catch the lights to get the Korok.
