The Ho Ho Tribe is a group of men with telescopes who travel around the southeast quadrant of the World of the Ocean King in Phantom Hourglass. They deal with Treasure. They seek a valuable and rare treasure known as the Regal Ring. Link can sell them his unwanted treasure, but only on certain days. The prices they pay will also vary on certain days. If Link brings the Ho Hos the Regal Ring that they desire, they'll offer him a hefty reward for it.
The Wind Waker
In this game, they do not state they are members of the Ho Ho tribe, but are similar in appearance. They can be found on certain islands looking through telescopes at interesting features on the great sea, such as submarines.
Phantom Hourglass
One of the members from this tribe, Hoiger Howgendoogen, is a part of a Trading Sequence. Link can trade the Kaleidoscope in exchange for the Guard Notebook.
