Hia Miu Shrine is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
The Hia Miu Shrine is located at the far northwestern corner of the map, at the northwest portion of the Hebra Mountains.
A Major Test of Strength
The shrine is a Major Test of Strength shrine. Defeat the Guardian Scout IV, who wields a Guardian Spear++, Guardian Sword++, and an Ancient Battle Axe++. Then open the chest to find a Sapphire gem before then speaking with Hia Miu at the altar to get a Spirit Orb.
