Hestu is a character in Breath of the Wild. He is a large Korok who plays the maracas.
Hestu is looking for his fellow Koroks, but is also worried due to losing his prized Maracas. After Link retrieves them from some Bokbolins nearby, Hestu will expand Link's inventory slots (weapon, shield, and bow) in exchange for Korok Seeds. One Korok Seed is needed for the first expansion, and the price increases for subsequent expansions.
Hestu can originally be found on the path north of Dueling Peaks Stable and the Kakariko Bridge. After the first two upgrades, Hestu will move to various Stables across the land, such as the Wetland Stables. After five more upgrades, Hestu will move to a new location in Korok Forest.
