Haily is a female character who appears in The Minish Cap. She and her sister Gale are members of the Wind Tribe, and she is currently the youngest known member. Her first appearance in the game is alongside Gale at the Picori Festival. She and her sister both had come to watch the festival. Later in the game, Link meets both of them again at the Cloud Tops. They cannot get home due to a whirlwind blocking their way. After Link turns on all of the fans and blows away the whirlwind, they retreat to their home. Soon after, Link finds her at the fourth floor of the Tower of Winds, where she and Link will fuse Kinstones.
