Haily is a female character who appears in The Minish Cap. She and her sister Gale are members of the Wind Tribe who primarily live within the Tower of Winds. Haily is the youngest known member of the tribe.
Her first appearance in the game is alongside Gale at the Picori Festival. She and her sister both had come to watch the festival.[1] Later in the game, Link meets Hailey at Cloud Tops.
