The Ha Dahamar Shrine, is one of the many Shrine of Trials from Breath of the Wild.
Requirements
Glide across the spikes to access and enter the shrine.
The Water Guides
This shrine teaches you that Cryonis can be used on walls, if there is water there. Use Cryonis on the wall to cross the first gap, and then the second.
After the second gap, turn around and you will see a chest above the path you just took. Use Cryonis again to reach it (two blocks may be required to make a stair pattern up to it) and open the chest.
The next area contains a big wall to your right with a physics puzzle. The first ice block you create should prevent the ball from crossing the gap, hopefully with enough force that it then falls to the seesaw.
The second block you create should be underneath the left side of the seesaw, so the weight of the ball does not tilt it.
The third and final block you create should be in the gap between the seesaw and the circle socket to the right.
If correctly placed, the ball will make it to the slot, opening the door so you can access the altar and get your Spirit Orb.
